Max was very polite and friendly, and did a thorough job checking all the issues we needed fixed. He explained everything to me really clearly so I understood exactly what was going on - which makes a nice change from some tradies who don't bother, especially if you're a woman.
Communication was excellent and they even sent me a link to see how far away the electrician was so I knew when to expect him.
I'm very happy with everything and would definitely use Russo Electrical again.

These are the all round good guys. First, they provided prompt service. I had been waiting round for another company to call back and got tired of waiting. Russo replied immediately and set a date for a consultation. Daniel understood what I wanted and sat down with me explaining everything and devising a work plan. The work included reconfiguring the fuse box as well as installing an outside light and a switch for an EV wall box. Everything was completed over several weeks, as we had to wait for some products to arrive. Many thanks to Daniel and his team, including Christian and Max.
